By using any tanzillo.ai service (including Luca, Tessio, and other apps in the suite), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
tanzillo.ai is a personal productivity suite. The apps help with calendar scheduling, task management, email triage, and related workflows. They use AI to parse natural language, suggest actions, and automate routine tasks on your behalf.
You authenticate via magic link (email) or Google Sign-In. You're responsible for maintaining access to the email account associated with your login. Don't share your authentication tokens or session credentials.
You own your data. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion.
Some services connect to your Google account (Calendar, Gmail). By granting access, you authorize us to read and write calendar events, check availability, and process emails sent to our service addresses. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.
Our services use AI (Anthropic Claude) to parse emails, generate responses, and suggest actions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You should review any AI-drafted emails or actions before they're sent on your behalf.

This is a personal project. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be updated, changed, or discontinued. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
The services are provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tanzillo.ai and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
